These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
We create custom digital artworks based on photographs you upload.
An initial digital proof is delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation and payment.
Each commission includes two complimentary modifications to the proof.
You may also order physical products (e.g. fine art prints, framed prints, canvases, greeting cards, calendars, posters, ornaments).
2. Photo Submission Requirements
You must own the rights to any photo you upload or have permission from the copyright holder.
Photos must not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
We may refuse to create artwork if a photo contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
3. Artwork Creation & Modifications
We produce a digital artwork in your selected style.
A preview proof will be sent via email for review.
You may request up to two free modifications (e.g. colour, crop, background clean-up).
Further modifications may be available at an additional cost.
4. Approval & Delivery
Once approved, you will receive a high-resolution digital file of your artwork.
If ordered, physical products will be produced and delivered to your specified address.
Digital files are delivered electronically and are deemed delivered once the download link or email is sent.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Payment is taken before work begins.
Orders will not start until payment has been received successfully.
6. Artwork Fee Credit (the “£9.95”)
The initial £9.95 artwork fee covers creating your digital artwork.
If you order physical products (prints, canvases, framed pieces, or other products) for that artwork, the £9.95 is deducted from the product total at checkout.
This is a price discount, not a cash refund. There is no cash alternative.
If you do not order physical products, the high-resolution digital file remains yours to keep, share, and print yourself.
7. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied after your two complimentary modifications, you are entitled to a full refund of the £9.95 artwork fee.
Refunds are not available once a digital artwork has been approved and delivered.
For physical products, refunds or replacements are provided only if items arrive damaged or defective. We may require photo evidence of the damage/defect.
8. Delivery of Physical Products
Delivery times for physical products vary by destination and shipping method; estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs, strikes, or severe weather.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
9. Usage Rights (Personal Use Licence)
You may use the final digital artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. printing for your home, gifting, sharing on social media).
You must not sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit the artwork without our written permission.
Unless you opt out in writing at the time of order, you grant us permission to use your artwork (with or without your pet’s name) for marketing (website galleries, social media, advertising).
10. Intellectual Property
All artwork remains our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
Once delivered and paid for, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use of the artwork.
11. Colour, Cropping & Size Variations
Colours can vary between screens and printed products due to device calibration, paper stock, inks, and finishes.
Some sizes may require proportional cropping to fit standard frames/canvases. We take care to preserve composition and subject; your approval confirms acceptance of these adjustments.
12. Data & Privacy
We process your personal data to fulfil your order and provide our services.

13. Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of our services, except where required by law.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim will not exceed the amount paid for your order.
14. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and applies from the “Last updated” date above.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
